Privacy Policy

Last updated May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what Choosely collects, how we use it, and the limits of the beta product.

These are beta foundation pages. We may update them as Choosely evolves, public beta expands, and more account controls are added.

1. What Choosely is

Choosely.ai helps people find AI tools, save tools to a private stack, build private workflows, and receive dashboard or inbox updates about products, accounts, and possible better-tool matches.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide when using Choosely, including account email, profile details, optional display name, saved tools, workflows, workflow steps, support and feedback submissions, and recommendation prompts or task descriptions used in the tool finder and workflow features.

3. Operational data

Choosely may collect basic usage events, recommendation telemetry, prompt hashes by default, and technical logs needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the service.

Raw prompt text should only be stored when review or debugging is enabled according to product settings. Those settings may change as the product matures, and we will keep this policy updated as needed.

4. How we use data

  • Provide AI tool recommendations and workflow planning features.
  • Save dashboard state, including saved tools, workflows, inbox notifications, and account settings.
  • Improve routing quality, catalog quality, workflow quality, and product reliability.
  • Provide support and respond to feedback.
  • Send in-app notices such as better-tool alerts, account notices, and product updates.

5. Third-party services

Choosely uses infrastructure providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, and Vercel or similar hosting infrastructure to run the product. AI or model providers may process requests where needed to power recommendations or workflow planning.

Third-party AI tools linked from Choosely are separate services. Their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, data handling, and outputs are governed by those providers.

6. What Choosely does not do

  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not intentionally expose private saved tools or private workflows publicly.
  • We do not use paid placement to secretly control recommendation ranking.
  • We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated advice.

7. Your choices

You can update account settings where controls are available. You can also contact Choosely for help with data or account questions. Future account deletion, export, and additional privacy controls may be added as the dashboard matures.
