These Terms explain how Choosely may be used during beta, what the product provides, and the limits of recommendations.

These are beta foundation pages. We may update them as Choosely evolves, public beta expands, and more account controls are added.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Choosely.ai, you agree to these Terms. A separate first-login acceptance flow may be added later, but these Terms apply to use of the service during beta.

2. What Choosely provides

Choosely provides AI tool recommendations, saved tools, private workflows, dashboard and inbox notices, AI Radar content, and related product guidance.

3. Beta status

Choosely is currently a beta product. Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed as we learn what users need and improve the product.

Public beta users should not rely on Choosely as mission-critical infrastructure yet.

4. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when using the service.
  • Do not misuse Choosely or interfere with the product.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
  • Do not submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

5. Recommendations are informational

Choosely recommends tools based on available catalog metadata, user input, and matching logic. Recommendations are informational starting points, not guarantees.

You are responsible for checking third-party tool pricing, terms, privacy policies, suitability, security, and output quality before using or buying those tools. Choosely is not responsible for third-party AI tools or services.

6. No regulated advice

Choosely does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Choosely as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

7. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Founding Member status and beta Pro access may be offered during beta. Founding members may lock a discount on future Pro pricing, including 50% off future Pro pricing where communicated by Choosely, but launch details and billing terms may be communicated separately.

8. Free and paid features

Free features may remain available. Paid plans may be introduced later. Future paid subscriptions will have separate billing terms when launched.

9. Intellectual property

Choosely branding, catalog copy, product design, AI Radar content, and platform materials belong to Choosely or its licensors.

You retain rights to your own submitted content, but you allow Choosely to process that content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

10. No warranties and limitation of liability

Choosely is provided as-is during beta. We aim to be accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect recommendations, complete catalog coverage, or error-free content.

To the extent allowed by law, Choosely is not liable for indirect losses, third-party tool issues, business decisions, or damages arising from reliance on recommendations or beta features.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as Choosely evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
